Operational questions
What back-office work do you want Speedway to handle? These answers add the relevant capability or implementation scope to your solution. A quote-required line means Speedway still needs to confirm the exact commercial or integration scope; it is never silently omitted.
Do you want Speedway PAYROLL for payroll preparation and reconciliation? PAYROLL extends CrewHQ and is sized from the active workforce in this plan. It covers payroll preparation, worked-hours reconciliation and compensation review. Statutory filing, tax remittance and salary disbursement are not included unless separately published and activated for the relevant jurisdiction.
Do you need inventory, stock take, recipes / BOM and costing? Adds Speedway inventory control for receiving, stock levels, recipe/BOM costing, wastage and stock audits.
Should low stock create replenishment and automatic supplier orders? Adds supplier replenishment workflow design, reorder rules and governed purchase-order automation.
Do you need supplier invoices, creditors / accruals and receiving reconciliation? Tracks what was ordered, received and invoiced so supplier liabilities and accruals can be reconciled instead of living in separate spreadsheets.
Do you need Speedway connected to your accounting system? Accounting connections are handled through Integration Hub. Pick your preferred system below; provider and implementation charges are confirmed before activation.
Accounting system Not decided yet Xero QuickBooks Accurate Jurnal MYOB Other / bespoke No provider-specific price is invented here. Speedway adds the integration scope and confirms the commercial terms during activation.
Step 3 of 6
Do you need property and guest-stay management? For hospitality, Speedway STAY combines PMS property operations with channel-management foundations: rooms and villas, rates, reservations, availability, folios, housekeeping, guest operations and connected-channel reconciliation.
No PMS required for this template. You can still add workforce, venues, displays, communications and other Speedway modules. If your operation also manages accommodation, switch the business type to Hotel & resort.
Step 4 of 6
How do staff take orders, produce them and take payment? Answer this by workflow, not by product name. We will turn the answers into POS, POO, KDS/SDS and CDS quantities and keep required dependencies visible.
How many restaurants, bars, cafés or service outlets do you operate? Count separately operated outlets or service concepts.
How many fixed checkout / payment points need POS? Use POS wherever staff open or finalise orders, take payment, reconcile a till or run a fixed service counter. Count simultaneously active stations.
How many of those are customer-facing payment points? Speedway recommends a CDS at every customer-facing payment point so the customer can see basket, totals, payment and order status.
How many FOH / bar staff need mobile order-taking at the same time? POO is the staff order-taking workspace for servers, bartenders, pool service, room service and assisted sales away from a fixed register.
How many kitchen / bar production stations need a live production queue? Use KDS for kitchen sections, bar production, bakery, room service or other production stations that need queue and completion control.
How many service / operations status boards need SDS? SDS shares the KDS/SDS display capability for service, dispatch and operational status workflows.
How many customer displays do you need? CDS is required for each customer-facing payment point in this configuration; the builder will not size fewer CDS than the number you identify above.
How many BOH back-office users need venue operations? BOH covers production administration, inventory/BOM work, reporting and back-office venue control.
POO guidance Check your FOH / bar concurrency FOH and bar staff who take orders away from a fixed POS normally need POO access. Size for the maximum number working that way at the same time.
CDS rule One per customer-facing payment point If you identify a customer-facing payment point, the builder will include a CDS for it so basket, total and payment status are visible to the customer.
Connected venue stack POO, KDS/SDS and CDS operate on the POS venue order stack. If you select one of those capabilities with zero POS, Speedway adds the minimum POS foundation instead of producing an impossible standalone configuration.
Step 5 of 6
How should customers and staff communicate with your business? Select the outcomes you want. Communications and AI often include provider usage or implementation work, so the builder keeps those items visible even when the final usage price depends on country, number type or channel volume.
What “implementation” means Speedway can connect verified business accounts and numbers, configure templates, routing, AI instructions and human handoff, then test the end-to-end channel. Selecting an option here adds it to the solution plan; it does not activate a provider account or start charging you.
Do you want WhatsApp Business for customer messaging and notifications? Use it for enquiries, reservations, order or service updates and governed transactional messages. Meta/provider usage charges can be separate from Speedway implementation or management fees.
Do you want Ask Atlas inside staff WhatsApp operational groups? Atlas can assist eligible team groups with operational questions, summaries and governed workflows while keeping your normal WhatsApp team habit.
Should an AI receptionist / voice assistant answer calls? Useful for reception, reservations, common enquiries, lead capture and after-hours coverage, with configured escalation and human handoff.
Do you need SIP trunks or business voice routing? Connects business calling, extensions and call flows to the Speedway communications layer. Carrier/usage pricing depends on the destination and service design.
Do you need new business phone numbers? Speedway can source and manage available local, national or other eligible business numbers. Availability and recurring cost vary by country and number type.
Do you need terminals, displays, printers or connected devices? We use your POS, POO, KDS/SDS, CDS and other answers to create the hardware plan. Hardware is quoted separately because the exact device mix and local supply vary.
Variable does not mean hidden Where telecom, Meta or hardware charges depend on actual provider usage, country or selected equipment, Speedway shows the requirement as “Quote required” rather than inventing a monthly amount.
