Public fees guide · Pre-launch

Fees, charges and payouts should be clear before launch.

Speedway is preparing transparent public pricing guidance for customers, businesses and operators before live marketplace transactions begin. Final rates may vary by market, service type, distance, urgency, business agreement and payment method.

Customers

What customers may pay

Customers may see service prices, delivery charges, distance charges, priority fees, payment fees, cancellation fees or support adjustments depending on the final launch model.

Businesses

What businesses may pay

Businesses may have marketplace commission, delivery support, listing, subscription, setup, fulfilment, managed operations or payment processing costs depending on their account type.

Operators

What operators may earn

Approved operators may receive job payouts, delivery earnings, service earnings, incentives, campaign bonuses or adjustments based on work type, proof, reliability and local payout rules.

Common fee categories

Service price

The base price for a ride, order, delivery, service request, scheduled job or business task.

Delivery or distance fee

A charge based on route, zone, distance, urgency, vehicle type or operator availability.

Marketplace commission

A platform percentage or fixed fee that may apply to eligible business transactions.

Priority handling

An optional charge for urgent jobs, faster dispatch or higher service-level requirements.

Cancellation and support

Rules for late cancellation, failed delivery, support review, refund handling and dispute processing.

Business account terms

Business accounts may use prepaid wallet, card payment, invoice billing, subscription or managed-service terms.

Pre-launch status

Final prices are not yet public rates.

This page explains the fee structure Speedway is preparing. Final launch pricing, taxes, commissions, payout rules and regional charges will be published before transactions go live.

Clear before checkout

Where possible, Speedway should show fees before confirmation so customers, businesses and operators understand the price, payout and platform charge before committing.

Audit-friendly by design

Fees, payouts and adjustments should be explainable, traceable and available for support review where a customer, business or operator raises a dispute.
